Tick the Allow box next to Full Control.In the box at the top, click on "Users ( /Users)".Click the "Edit." button below the top box.Click 'Properties.' and navigate to the "Security" tab.In Windows Explorer, go to your 'Steam\SteamApps\common\' folder and right-click your Skyrim folder.Give yourself Full Control permissions on your Skyrim folder.Tick the checkbox next to "Run this program as an administrator".Click 'Properties.' and navigate to the "Compatibility" tab.Right click the TESV.exe found in your 'Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim' folder (or alternatively a shortcut to it on your desktop).
The only mod I have activated now is 2k HD textures, I also did this: then it closes and the splash screen reopens again. It just goes to the splash screen where I click Play, then it asks for permission.
